Responsibilities
- Conduct discovery workshops and user interviews
- Develop wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity UIs in Figma
- Build and maintain scalable design systems
- Create prototypes and run usability testing
- Refine designs using data and user feedback
- Implement accessibility standards and coordinate with engineering
Requirements
- 3+ years designing digital products (web and mobile)
- Advanced Figma (components, auto-layout, prototypes)
- Strong visual design, typography, and composition
- User research and usability testing experience
- Portfolio of shipped SaaS or AI products
- Interactive prototyping and design-system expertise
- WCAG and accessibility best-practices knowledge
- Strong communication and developer handoff
